We sent our script off to a professional script writer in order to gain helpful feedback in improving our overall script.
The script writers feedback benefit us:
-Enhance themes of paranoia
-Allow our script to flow more easily
(achieve this by saying our script out loud to make it sound better)
(achieve this by saying our script out loud to make it sound better)
-Consider elements of the twist factor
-Look more in depth to the factor of Poppy
We sent our scripts off to a script writer in order to gain feedback to benefit our overall film in the long run.
Ways in which the feedback will benefit our group:
- The importance of demonstrating Poppy's madness: It will be important for us as a group to draw an emphasis on the character of Poppy. Her feelings and emotions towards boyfriend Karl are key in our film at demonstrating her frustration and anger.
- Video Montage:
The video montage is going to demonstrate Poppy's sense of panic and lack of control over herself. Poppy is being made to look as though she can only see her own problems and nothing through the eyes of others. - Consider previous problems:
There is the idea that there may have been problems prior the incidents the audience are viewing on screen. We are going to explore how we could change this and make the story more believable. - Twist:
The idea that everyone around Poppy is making her appear to be insane when in reality is Poppy right to have questions? - Dialogue:
Dialogue appears more believable when it flows. The script writer has shown the importance of speaking with flow, therefore the speech sounds appropriate and less rehearsed in comparrisson to being too 'written'.
