History of my chosen Genre
In order to expand my own personal knowledge on our chosen genre 'Romantic Thriller' I have taken the time out to make a LinoIt displaying the different elements combined in my chosen genre. I have displayed the definition of a typical thriller film, which links to our film The Cheat through the sudden rush of emotions which are apparent through the character of Poppy. I have also explored the definition of a Romantic Film and stated the links to our film. In order to draw the conventions together of both genres I have picked up on the essential factors which contribute to the genres and listed many films of a similar genre so audiences are aware of elements to expect.
